Grace Tapp was born and raised in Eureka, Illinois, graduating from Eureka High School in 2022. Her fascination with the human brain and desire to understand why people think and act a certain way led her to initially pursue an education in Psychology.
After graduating high school, she began working at a doggy daycare franchise before transitioning to a managerial role with a locally owned doggy daycare facility. During this time, her love for dogs developed into a true passion. This sparked Grace to pursue her dog trainer certification through Animal Behavior College, earning her certification in dog obedience. She also completed an externship with a local trainer, before working part-time as a kennel assistant, gaining hands-on training experience.
Grace lives with her dog, Scarlett who she initially fostered but ended up adopting. The relationship she has built with Scarlett has completely changed her life for the better and created a desire to help others form that same deep bond with their dogs. Her belief is that everyone should be able to experience this level of .
With her deep love, respect, and trustworthiness with dogs and ability to connect with canine and handler alike, Grace is a great addition to our Devildog Canine family!
